Anytime Predator

Predator: “Anytime”

This Predator was the first of its kind to “reveal” itself to mankind during the 1980s. Anytime seemed to play with its prey throughout the entire film, toying with them, taunting them with voices and traps. At various points, members of the squad spot the hunter in the trees, watching them.  At one point, the entire squad unleashes devestating firepower, hoping to kill the Predator; they nearly take down the whole forest in the process, but they only manage to graze the size of the Predator’s leg. Not even enough to slow it down. Anytime later uses a Medi-comp to preform manual surgery and remove the nested bullet form his leg. Anytime proved to be a smart, skilled, but yet cocky hunter during the last few scenes of the film, where he and Major Alan “Dutch” Schaefer engage in a dual to the death. Dutch sets up a series of traps, most of which are discovered by Anytime before they can be used effectively. But after a while, Anytime get’s over confident and loses his focus and eventually is killed by one of Dutch’s final traps; a log weighted by a trip wire which fell upon Anytime’s face, crushing his throat and various other parts of the chest and skull areas. Anytime doesn’t go out without a “bang” and detonates his wrist computer, explosive device as a last chance to claim some honor.

Weapons

The first apperance of the most popular and signitaure weapon of the Predator franchise, the Wrist Blades. The length of the blades can range from about 6 inches to 18 inches and retract from a wristband. They are forged from an unknown alloy which is almost unbreakable. Extreme force would be needed to break this dangerous weapon. These blades are edged and curved to cause maximum damage when stabbing and slashing at it’s victims.

The Plasmacaster is a state of the art plasma energy weapon which is worn on the shoulder of a hunter. It comes equipped with a lock on mechinism that can search for prey, targetting them with the correct vision mode, thus making missing a target almost impossible. It has a powerful blast radius that can also do damage to other nearby prey. Very explosive and powerful, either quick speed or heavy armor will be needed to withstand its blast.

Vision Modes

The first and most iconic vision mode here is the Thermal Vision. Able to see the body heat of any target that gives of heat like warm blooded creatures. The only protection against this asset, is to block out body heat signatures with suits or natural elemtents, such as mud or clay.
